Clamp Design Engineer

1. College degree or above in automation, mechatronics, machinery or related majors.

2. More than 3 years of experience in mechanical and electrical parts or non-standard automation system product design and machining process, familiar with lathe, milling machine, grinder and other processing technologies.

3. Be able to draw in CAD, 2D and 3D, and skillfully use Solidworks or Autocad design software.

4. Ability to complete product design independently.

5. Familiar with the preparation of parts production process, cost calculation and quality control.

6. Have strong ability of independent thinking and innovative thinking.

7. Strong hands-on ability, able to work under certain pressure.

8. Have strong team spirit and coordination ability.

9. Experience in outsourcing processing quotation is preferred.

1. Be responsible for the preparation of product mechanical manufacturing process and product design, solve process problems through continuous optimization of production process, and ensure that the required standards of process and product quality are met.

2. Design and improvement of moulds and clamps.

3. Draw engineering drawings and mark various dimensions, tolerances, materials, process requirements, etc.

4. Outsourcing, verification and improvement of products.

5. Control the project progress, communicate with suppliers and outsourcing units on the technical proposal and project progress, and ensure the smooth completion of the project. 9K-14K
